Burnet Residence

Located on the Dignowity Hill Historic District, this Folk Victorian house provides the best balance between it’s historic setting while allowing for modern amenities. The historic home was severely deteriorated and at risk of being demolished as a dangerous structure, and was able to be saved through an extensive rehabilitation. Scope of work included measured drawings, construction documents for the rehabilitation and rear addition, and HDRC application submittal.
